Daily Ascension Energy Update – Ascension Energy Scale 1 – 10

As Mother Gaia is ascending and raising her frequency, humanity and all Souls on Earth are being asked to raise their frequency as well.

Opheana & Sikaal have been working with the Ascension Energy Scale for some time now and have found it to be a very valuable resource in assisting their own Ascension Process. Through Intuitive Guidance from their Presences and confirmation via Intuitive Kinesiology Muscle Testing, they offer insights into the daily level of the Ascension Energies.

The Ascension Energy Scale runs from level 1 through to level 10 and signifies the intensity of the Earth Energies (including Gaia’s energies, the collective consciousness energies etc.) combined with the Solar Ascension Energies (including solar flashes, solar flares, solar waves etc.).

This scale is being shared to assist us all at this time with the Ascension Energies increasing in intensity on Earth and through all beings on Earth. Each day there is a new level of energy being transmitted and emitted by Gaia, the Sun and the collective consciousness of humanity. It is much like the weather forecast and brings awareness and clarity to each moment of the day. If the Ascension Energies and waves of that day are strong, it can confirm where to focus your consciousness and how to drop into alignment with the heartbeat of Mother Gaia. Always remembering to use this only as a guidance tool, to then go within for your Higher Self to communicate how this relates to your own Ascension Process. For example, you may be feeling the collective consciousness of humanity and the energies emitted by the Sun and you may need to look at the areas being triggered in your life to transform or let go of. Letting go of attachment to all in these times is going to be the most effective way to move forward, facilitating your own Ascension Process to 4^th Density (5^th Dimension).

Using the Ascension Energy Scale will assist you to navigate the Ascension Energy waves, like navigating the sea via a compass, thermometer and a map at the same time. If you are having a rough time staying centered in your energies or you feel very triggered and emotional, it can help you to realize that it is an intense energetic day with a high level of activity on the Ascension Energy Scale. You can then choose to go more within for healing, introspection and guidance rather than having a busy and social day out. This can be another tool to facilitate grace and ease on your journey of Ascension and spiritual growth.
